Alpine Programs

Our Alpine Programs have generated more top 10 results in every age group and placed more athletes on Canadian National Teams than any other Club in Ontario. In 2020, the Club was awarded the distinctive honour of Alpine Canada’s Club of the Year. We were recognized for our dedication and commitment to ski racing through our programs, coaching, and our commitment to holding world-class events at our Club.

Adult House League (AHL)

AHL is Georgian Peaks’ legendary adult ski racing league, welcoming everyone from first-time racers to former Olympians. With a focus on fun, camaraderie, and just the right amount of friendly competition, this inclusive program is a season highlight for Members looking to sharpen their skills and enjoy the thrill of the gates.
The season includes 6 races, 2 social events, and plenty of team spirit. Whether you’re returning to racing after a break or trying it for the first time, AHL is all about having a blast on snow.

Participants are placed on balanced teams before the first race, with a time trial held over the holidays for newcomers, and only 3 race appearances are needed to earn team points. Spots are limited to 130 racers, so early registration is key. Once full, a waitlist will be created.

Team purchases (optional) take place at our kick-off social, with 85 percent of proceeds going into a prize pot awarded at season’s end. Races are typically held on Sundays, and downhill suits are a firm no.

Bring your energy, your edges, and A game. All abilities welcome. All fun, all season.

Canadian Alpine Ski Team Alumni

The Georgian Peaks Club Alumni Program connects young racers with past Members who’ve competed on the world stage, including Olympians and World Cup champions. Launched in 2003, it offers our young Athletes the chance to ski with and learn from Georgian Peaks Alumni, inspiring belief in what’s possible. The program enriches the experience for Athletes, coaches, and parents, while giving Alumni a meaningful way to give back. Above all, it celebrates the passion for skiing that unites the Peaks community.
