The nursery will be closed from
noon until 12:30 PM so that staff can completely sanitize the room before the afternoon programs begin.

The Nursery will be open during the Christmas and March Breaks, weekends and holidays. Programs will run from Saturday, December 27, 2025, to Sunday, March 29, 2026, weather permitting. Seasonal registration is for these operating days only. Family Day is not included in the package, but daycare will be provided on an hourly basis with pre-reservation required. Note: the daycare will close at 12 noon on Saturday, March 28, 2026, due to Lively Cup.
With the program options, spaces are reserved for your child until 10:00 a.m. for the morning session and 1:30 p.m. for the afternoon session.
We must be notified regarding cancellations or delays before the above-noted times, or your space may be resold. Program registration packages will be available until
November 1st, 2025, and are subject to availability. You can register online under Program Registration. After November 1
st, 2025, registrations are subject to an additional 10% fee. For hourly reservations, there will be a three-hour minimum.
If you use the nursery at times other than your specified program, you will be charged the hourly rate. Season passes and prepaid reserved spaces cannot be interchanged with other family members or friends.
There are no exceptions to this rule. It is very unfortunate, but for periodic illness, there is no refund or exchange of time.
We have a telephone reservation system in place during the Winter season to allow Members to book in advance at (519) 599-6771, ext. 239. Once a reservation is made, the minimum hourly fee will be charged (3 hours for a.m. or p.m./6 hours for a.m. and p.m.). Cancellations must be received by Thursday at noon in order to avoid the cancellation fee.
If you wish to withdraw from the program, we must receive your request
in writing and a credit will be allowed as follows: before December 31st you will receive a full refund and will be billed for only the hours used; between January 1st and January 31st, you will receive a 50% refund, and after January 31st no refunds will be issued. Requests for changes to the Nursery Program will be subject to an administrative fee of $25.00.
