GROUP SKI DAY

Ontario’s premier private ski club is the perfect place to entertain clients, reward employees, or gather with friends for a day on the slopes without the lift lines. Enjoy the Escarpment’s longest runs, greatest vertical, and most diverse terrain with 24 trails offering stunning Georgian Bay views.

Your dedicated Group Coordinator will tailor the day with options like fun races, snowshoeing, hockey, winter golf, spa treatments, bonfires, and local beer tastings. Relax in our state-of-the-art Lodge, savour chef-crafted menus made with local ingredients, and take in the view from our one-of-a-kind Bay St. Bar — we handle every detail so you can simply enjoy.

Lift Ticket Rates for the 2025/26 Season


Available for groups of 10 or more, Thursdays and Fridays during the season.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Lift Ticket rates include HST.

  • Subject to change.

  • Group size 10 guests minimum.

  • Snowshoers will receive a lift ticket that only allows them to download on the lift.

 

On-Hill Activities


Our Team of friendly Instructors are at your service to make sure your guests get the most out of their ski and snowboard experience. Giving your guests a lesson is like giving them an all-access pass to the hill. Whether your guests need a ‘first timer’ beginner lesson or an advanced ‘refresher’ lesson, our Instructors are ready and able!
Our Ski School Team doubles as entertainment experts and will create a great on-hill environment for your group through such activities as fun races or video sessions. Let our Ski School Team take you to the top of The Peaks!

*Helmets are required to participate in Fun Races and Gate / Race Training.

HST is not included in activity pricing.

Off-Hill Activities

 

Let us show you a different side of winter. Are some of your friends or associates not into the thrill of sliding down the hill? We still welcome you to come and have fun at the Peaks!


Snowshoeing Experience: Hike up the mountain and ride the chairlift down.

  • No fee other than the $10.00 download ticket
     


Outdoor Skating Rink: Pick-up hockey, 3 on 3, or free skate

  • 2-hour Private Rental: $200.00 (+hst)



Please note: This season, we will do our best to accommodate your lodge space requests; however, your group will be placed in the best area to meet the needs of the group, in terms of lodge capacity.

CATERING & MEALS

 

Whether you custom-tailor your menu to your group's needs or enjoy homemade selections from one of our various food and beverage venues, the Peaks has all your appetites covered. Enjoy the warmth and comfort of our Lodges, where your guests can relax and take in the views of the slopes from our one-of-a-kind Bay St. Bar or sip a warm beverage on our mountainside patio.


Seating Options:

  • Main Lodge: our brand-new clubhouse with seating up to 500, not including the Founders Lounge, which has room for another 150 guests. The cafeteria marche is located on the main level of the Main Lodge.
 
  • ​The Founders Room and kitchen are not open at this time on Thursdays and Fridays, but can be reserved for private events, evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as we try to keep this room reserved for our Members. Founders Room rental is $1000.00.
 
  • Alpine Center: home to our Operations Staff and Ski Patrol, the Alpine Center is our best-kept secret, featuring additional dining areas and a cafeteria serving up some of our Peaks' favorites.
 
  • West Lodge: This is one of our original vintage buildings with a rustic patio that overlooks the base of the ski hill. Great for picnicking or getting away from the hustle and bustle at the Main Lodge.



Payment Options:

  1. Option 1 – Individuals pay through the cafeteria marche.
  2. Option 2 – Individuals provide pre-arranged food/drink tickets through the food venues to a master account. Groups are responsible for providing their own tickets.
  3. Option 3 – Prearranged catered meal at a set time in your designated area.

Please note that all food and beverage options that will be paid on a master account must be pre-arranged at a minimum of 14 days in advance to ensure proper preparation is completed.

Squire John's Equipment Rentals

 

At Georgian Peaks, we offer convenient equipment rentals through our satellite location of Squire John’s, directly across from the main lodge.
Squire John’s offers a variety of different rentals for skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing while enjoying your ski day at Georgian Peaks Club. All equipment rentals must be pre-arranged prior to your ski day to guarantee availability.


Please contact Leslie Thompson at [email protected] or the rental hotline, (519) 599-1228, to have your group set up on the website for rentals, and your guests can then reserve their equipment directly. The equipment is adjusted and waiting for your arrival on the ski day.
