Hatha Yoga

Description: A balanced combination of sustained poses (Hatha) as well as poses flowing in a mindful evolution from one to another. Classes are balanced with energy, to give you a good physical work-out, and calm, to keep you balanced. These classes are approximately half stretching poses and half strengthening and toning poses, all combined with proper breathing and grounding techniques. An all levels class where beginners will safely learn the basics while more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level.

Please bring a mat if you have one. Classes are suitable for all levels and will run 60 to 75 minutes in length and may take place outdoors, weather permitting. All classes will meet at the West Lodge. 10 Class cards are available for $100 and the drop in rate is $13 per class.
